Overview
WeCap has ownership holdings in the social commerce and green energy sectors that have the ability to generate the Company income and, at the election of the Company, potential capital returns if converted to exposure in the borrower.
WeCap does not intend to make any further investments in listed or unlisted companies and will seek to return any realised value from our 2 primary holdings in operating companies to our shareholders as opportunities arise.

Tom Richardson
Non-Executive Chairman
Tom has over 25 years of experience across banking and oil & gas. Tom is currently Chairman of two listed Companies, Fenikso and Coro Energy Plc. Prior to investing in Fenikso, Mr Richardson served as CEO of two private Companies in the Natural resources and infrastructure sector. Prior to this Mr Richardson was CFO of Nostrum Oil & Gas Plc, a UK premium listed company.
Prior to joining Nostrum, Tom worked for ING, JP Morgan and NM Rothschild, covering investment banking, capital markets and credit derivatives. He has a BSc in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol.
Sandy Barblett
Executive Director
Sandy has over 25 years senior management experience across numerous sectors. He worked for over a decade for former FTSE 250 company Pace plc who was the leading developer for the global pay TV industry including assignments in USA and Hong Kong.
He sits as a director and advises companies both private and listed on the LSE and the ASX in relation to raising private equity and general fund raising, admission onto public markets, investor relations, strategy and management selection. He is Chairman of London Stock Exchange listed East Star Resources plc.
Sandy has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland.
